The Cocktail Kitchen
The social heart of the home, centred around sculptural stone, smoked oak, warm bronze and layered lighting that shifts seamlessly from morning coffee to evening cocktails.
A richly layered interior with a distinctly London character.
Situated within one of Borough Market’s most characterful streets, the building provides the architectural foundation for a darker, more atmospheric residential concept.
The vision is not to reinvent the building, but to celebrate its context, bringing together timeless materials, thoughtful craftsmanship and a distinctly London character to create a home that feels both sophisticated and deeply personal.

The scheme is defined by a disciplined interplay of smoked oak, richly veined stone, aged brass and layered warm lighting, creating a cohesive interior language that feels atmospheric, architectural and distinctly residential.
The social heart of the home, centred around sculptural stone, smoked oak, warm bronze and layered lighting that shifts seamlessly from morning coffee to evening cocktails.
A calm, cocooning retreat where rich oak panelling, softly upholstered finishes and concealed lighting create a quiet sense of comfort.
Large-format quartzite, smoked oak joinery and warm bronze detailing come together to create a bathroom that feels tactile, composed and quietly luxurious.
Small in scale yet rich in character, with textured wallcoverings, warm bronze detailing and an intimate, club-like atmosphere.

Borough Club is defined by a tactile, enduring material palette that brings warmth, atmosphere and depth to every room. The detailing is deliberate and architectural, but never overly formal.
This is a project where joinery, stone, lighting and furniture all work together to create one consistent design language.

The completed vision balances intimacy and drama, a London residence with the mood of a private club, reinterpreted as a highly personal home.
